My focus is clear: helping technology founders, leaders, and investors make the leadership and critical hiring decisions that shape growth.

After six years building Rede People, and supporting more than 600 successful leadership and critical hires for some of the most ambitious technology companies in the Nordics — I’ve chosen to go solo.

This shift is about focus. I want to spend my time where experience and judgment matter most: executive search, leadership recruitment, and key commercial and technical hires for fast-scaling technology companies.

Rede remains the platform for my work. The difference is a clearer focus on the roles and companies where I add the most value.

  • Executive search, to me and my clients, is about identifying and engaging leaders who are rarely active in the market, and creating the right conditions for a serious conversation.

    I work closely with founders and boards to define the role properly, engage the right candidates early, and run a process that respects both sides.

    What typically sets my work apart:

    • A highly considered, personal approach to engaging candidates

    • Clear and compelling role narratives and industry leading prospects that attract the right people

    • Early, direct interaction between top candidates and founders or boards

    • Open calendar (10 hours per week) for leaders to book a meeting with me about their future career

    And finally — I believe executive search should be agile and effective, without being unnecessarily expensive.

  • Talent acquisition, to me, is about combining reach with judgment — using the right methods for the role, without unnecessary process or friction.

    I believe the best results come from a flexible approach that balances proactive search with targeted visibility. The goal is simple: reach the right people quickly, and make it easy for strong candidates to engage.

    In practice, this typically includes:

    • Proactive search, using many of the same principles as executive search

    • Targeted role promotion in channels that fit the position and company

    • Thoughtful use of professional networks, including LinkedIn

    The method adapts to the role. The focus stays on quality, speed, and clarity.

  • These roles sit within the company’s leadership team. Titles vary by stage and structure, but typically include C-level, VP, Head of, and Director positions.

    I’ve completed more than 200 leadership hires across technology companies at different stages of growth.

  • These are non-leadership roles where the combination of specificity, impact, and market scarcity makes hiring particularly challenging.

    They typically sit outside the formal leadership team, but play a critical role in execution and growth.

    I most often support searches within the following areas:

    • Product

    • Project and program roles

    • Technical specialists

    • Commercial roles

    • Operational roles

    • Marketing
